Play-In Information

This event form is for registering individual students.  If you have more than one child participating, please fill out the form once per student. Please have the following information ready:

Student name, teacher, entrance piece.

WHERE DO I SUBMIT PAYMENT?

Payment is submitted using this form.  The fee is $18 per student.  Pre-Twinkle students are free.
